The first version is designed for meat and poultry products on shelves, while the second version is intended for meat and poultry products to be displayed on hooks.
Both versions of the MEMC-1600 meat chiller feature an innovative air circulation system that ensures a uniform temperature throughout the cabinet and a self-closing door that helps maintain the ideal storage conditions.
